I have registered my product key, but still have the unregistered version of the Deep Vision Analysis software.

Windows 10: go to settings -> Network & Internet -> Wi-Fi and verify that the option for Random hardware addresses is turned off. Restart your computer and send another product key request through the Deep Vision Analysis software.

Microsoft .NET Framework error in the Deep Vision analysis software regarding turbojpegCLI.dll

An error may have occurred while creating the thumbnails ("_cache" folder). Close the analysis software and delete the "_cache folder". Open the dataset once more to create the thumbnails again.

How do I color-correct my images?

Press the XML button on the top of your window.

I can't find the correct species in the species-drop-down menu.

Simply write the species in the species field and press the save button. The species will now be added and can be found in the drop-down list.
